The Caiuá Desert

A painting done for a thematic restaurant depicting the Brazilian Cretaceous, based on the Caiuá Group of the Brazilian South. A Vespersaurus checks on a group of pterosaurs wandering through the desert: Caiuajaras and a Keresdrakon. (There are no fossil welwitchias from that region, but they certainly were in South America during this period.)
